摘要
用燃烧法制备的Dy,Eu掺杂SrAl2O4长余辉发光材料能够观察到明显的余辉效应.故以此为缺陷化学的教学实验实例,并结合缺陷化学理论,对掺杂SrAl2O4物相结构、紫外可见光谱以及荧光特性进行了分析,阐明化学缺陷对SrAl2O4的结构以及性能的影响.
The paper gives an experiment example in teaching of defect chemistry for Eu and Dy co-doped SrAl2O4 with long afterglow phosphorescence.Obvious long afterglow phosphorescence can be observed for Eu and Dy co-doped SrAl2O4 synthesizing by means of combustion.The influences of chemistry defects in SrAl2O4 on its phase and energy band structure were illustrated by analyzing the results of XRD,UV-Vis and luminescence with defect chemistry.The paper can be used as supplement materials in teaching of defect chemistry to help student understand the theory of defect chemistry.
