摘要
5182-H19铝合金罐盖在成形过程中存在埋头筋两侧材料局部减薄严重的问题,降低了产品的变形抗力。为了保证罐头的包装质量,需采用较大厚度的材料来制作罐盖,这大大增加了企业的生产成本。通过对铝合金罐盖成形工艺的研究,设计出一种复合气压反向成形模具。该模具可一次完成多道工序,实现厚度仅为0. 218 mm的超硬5182-H19铝合金罐盖的成形,能使罐盖埋头筋两侧斜面材料的最薄处厚度从181. 7μm提高到197. 0μm。与原有成形技术相比,罐盖的局部减薄率从16. 7%降低到9. 6%,这有利于提高罐盖的变形抗力,实现产品轻量化,降低生产成本,具有很高的实用价值。
        Local thinning of materials on the both sides of countersunk rib for 5182-H19 aluminum alloy can lid during forming process is a critical problem,and the deformation resistance of product is severely reduced. In order to ensure the quality of canned packaging,the can lid was produced by material with large thickness,and the production cost in the enterprise was greatly increased. Through researching on the forming process of the aluminum alloy can lid,a kind of reverse forming die with compound air pressure for the can lid was designed. Then,the die completes the multiple processes at one time to form the super hard 5182-H19 aluminum alloy can lid with thickness of only 0. 218 mm,and the thinnest thickness of materials on the both slope sides of countersunk rib increases from 181. 7 μm to 197. 0 μm. Compared with the original forming technology,the local thinning rate of the can lid decreases from 16. 7% to 9. 6%.Thus,the above process is beneficial to improve the deformation resistance of the can lid,achieve the light weight of product and reduce the production cost which has high practical value.
