摘要
分析矿山巷道辅助运输动力设备加油特点及频次,设计一种新型气动和手动两用多功能加油车,该加油车可直接利用井下现有压缩空气作为动力推动气动隔膜泵工作,从而实现给井下胶轮车、齿轨式卡轨车柴油机、运输铲车等设备加油,同时提出加油作业的正确操作方法,并给出合理的维护方法。
This paper analyzes the refuelling characteristics and frequency of power equipment for auxiliary transport in mine tunnel, and designs a new type of pneumatic and manual dual multi-functional refuelling trucks, which can directly use the existing underground compressed air as power to drive pneumatic diaphragm pumps work to refuelling the underground rubber-tired carts, diesel engines of rack rail road railer, transport forklifts and other equipment, proposes the correct operation methods of refueling operations, and provides reasonable maintenance methods.
