基于FLUENT的油水混合油炸机传热分析

摘要
利用Fluent软件仿真模拟了油水混合油炸机在加热过程中的传热情况,得到了油、水的温度分布云图,发现油、水的温度分布出现明显的分层。对比了不同油、水分界面位置对油水温度的影响,得出分界面距槽体底部为120mm时,整个油、水温度分布处于最佳状态,为油炸机在实际工作中添加油、水提供了理论参考。仿真结果与试验数据非常一致,最大的温差不超过7℃。Fluent对所建模型的模拟结果合理,为油水混合油炸机的优化改造提供了一种方便快捷、功能强大的新方法。
        Simulated heat transfer process of the oil-water mixture frying machine with heating process to calculate temperature distribution of the oil and water cloud by using Fluent.It has been found that oil,water temperature distribution appears obvious stratification.Compared different oil and water interface positions on the influence of the temperature of oil and water,it is concluded that interface from the bottom of the tub is 120 mm,the oil,water temperature distribution found in the best state for frying machine and this provide a reference value for frying.Simulation results and experimental data is consistent,the biggest difference in temperature is not more than 7℃.Fluent in the simulation results of the model is reasonable of oil-water mixture frying machine to optimize the transformation provides a convenient and quick,powerful way.
