摘要
研究网状碳化物、粗晶,"大白块"组织,具有重要理论意义,其消除工艺具有工程应用价值。本文论述了网状碳化物的形态及辨识方法,阐明了网状碳化物的形成、形貌及消除大锻件网状碳化物的新工艺。论述了粗晶、混晶、"大白块"组织形貌、本质、形成机制及消除这些缺陷的新工艺。特别指出:"大白块"组织实质上是过热粗晶,在锻后的热处理过程中以组织遗传方式出现,新工艺中突显了破坏组织遗传的措施。
        It is of important theoretical significance to study network carbide,coarse grain and " large white block" microstructure,and its elimination process is of engineering application value. In this paper,the morphology and identification method of network carbides are discussed,and the formation and morphology of network carbides and the new process to eliminate network carbides of large forgings are clarified. The coarse grain and mixed grain, " large white block" morphology,nature,mechanism,and the new technology of eliminating these defects are discussed. It is particularly pointed out that the " large white block" is essentially superheated coarse grain,to appear in the process of heat treatment after forging with the microstructure heredity form. And the measures to destroy the microstructure heredity are highlighted in the new process.
