浅谈网络言论自由与网络侵权行为

摘要
公民的言论自由权在互联网时代被赋予了许多新的内涵,它的范畴也在随着互联网科技的发展而不断延伸。网络侵权案件的不断增加也使人们对互联网的安全问题有了越来越多的思考。保护互联网上的言论自由既是宪法的要求,也是国家依据宪法承担的义务。随着互联网技术的进一步发展,国家更应该从法律层面规范网络言论自由权的正确行使,保护好公民的人身权利、人格尊严等,增强公民在虚拟世界的安全感,捍卫公民的网络言论自由权。
Citizens' right to free speech has been given a lot of new meaning in the internet era. Its category is also extending along with the development of internet technology. The increasing number of internet infringement cases has also made people think more and more about the security of the internet. The protection of freedom of speech on the internet is both the requirement of the constitution and the obligation of the state according to the constitution. With the further development of internet technology, the state should regulate the right exercise of the right of freedom of speech on the internet from the legal level, protect the personal rights and dignity of citizens, enhance citizens' sense of security in the virtual world, and safeguard citizens' right to freedom of speech on the internet.
