针刀联合手法治疗瘀血阻滞型膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察针刀联合手法治疗瘀血阻滞型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1～12月我院收治的60例瘀血阻滞型膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,依随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组给予针刀联合手法治疗,对照组给予关节腔内玻璃酸钠注射治疗,比较两组临床疗效、VAS评分、膝关节运动功能及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组较对照组VAS评分显著降低,膝关节运动功能评分显著升高(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论:瘀血阻滞型膝骨关节炎运用针刀联合手法治疗临床疗效满意。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of needle knife combined with manipulation therapy on blood stagnancy of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: A total of 60 cases on blood stagnancy of knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from January to December2016 were randomly divided into observation Group and control group according to the digital table method, 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with needle knife combined with manipulation therapy, and the control group was given injection of sodium hyaluronate in the joint cavity to compare the clinical efficacy, VAS score, knee movement function and adverse reaction of the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05); after treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the knee movement function scores increased more than the control group significantly(P<0.05). There is no significant adverse reaction occurred during the treatment of the two groups. Conclusions: Blood stagnancy of knee osteoarthritis using needle knife combined with manipulation to treat may achieve satisfactory clinical efficacy.
