摘要
新时代对教师专业发展提出新的要求,随着时代的变化,年轻教师的教育观念也随之发生变化。他们接受新的教育理念,培养新的专业发展观,使其成为学校骨干力量。但是老教师并非就在专业发展上不占优势,他们具有丰富的经验,且占有学校的管理职务。新、老教师各执自己的优势,有融合有冲突。然而,新老教师在地位上存在不平等。科层管理下,新教师迫于老教师的权威地位和权威文化的影响,对抗呈现"缄默式"。这种"缄默式"对抗的长期存在,使利益得不到满足的教师处于压抑之下,他们为寻求利益的满足会使用制造舆论、干扰决策层等不良手段,影响整个教师群体和学生的发展。有效化解新老教师之间的冲突有助于整个教师队伍专业发展,促进学校教学、管理功能的稳定运行。
The new era puts forward new requirements for the professional development of teachers. They accept the new educational concept,cultivate the new professional development concept,and make them become the backbone of the school. However,old teachers are not disadvantaged in professional development. They have rich experience and occupy management positions in schools. New and old teachers each hold their own advantages,integration and conflict. However,the status of old and new teachers is unequal. Under the bureaucratic management,new teachers are forced by the authority status of old teachers and the influence of authority culture,and the confrontation shows "reticence". The existence of this "silent"confrontation for a long time makes the teachers who are not satisfied with their interests under repression. In order to seek the satisfaction of their interests,they will use bad means such as creating public opinion and interfering with the decision-making level to affect the development of the whole teacher group and students. Effectively resolving conflicts between old teachers and new teachers are conducive to the professional development of the whole teaching staff and the stable operation of school teaching and management functions.
