商业性网络平台内容信息的用户自主管理功能研究

摘要
基于商业性网络平台用户自主信息管理功能的研究旨在从网络平台的视角提供网络空间有序化策略,亦推进信息管理理论与方法在互联网环境中的拓展。文章基于案例研究方法对商业性网络平台展开调查,对商业性网络平台赋予用户的内容信息自主管理功能予以识别与分析,进而发现功能建设完整度不足、功能内容建设不系统、功能专业度有限、功能应用辅助不充分的问题。由此,提出从以下方面促进功能升级:充实开发依据以完善功能框架设计、丰富需求分析以充实功能内容设计、强化专家协调提升专业功能契合度、优化平台服务升级功能应用辅助。
The research based on the independent information management function of the commercial online platforms aims at providing the ordering strategy of online space from the perspective of the customers,which also promotes the development of information management theories and methods in the online environment. Based on the case study method,the paper conducts an investigation on the commercial online platforms,which identifies and analyzes the independent management function of content information given to customers by the commercial online platform. The study shows the problems of insufficient integrity of function construction, unsystematic construction of functional content, limited professional degree of function,and insufficient auxiliary function application. Then the paper proposes that strategies should be implemented to promote platform function upgrades: enriching development basis to perfect functional framework design,enhancing demand analysis to substantiate functional content design,strengthening expert coordination to improve professional function fit,and optimizing platform service to upgrade function application assistance.
