摘要
文章选择目前创新科技产品中最具有代表性的可穿戴健康设备为实证分析对象,以此为主题设计多重任务并通过模拟实验结合问卷访谈的方式获取24名被试者的实验数据,运用SPSS19.0中的多元线性回归和独立样本T检验对数据进行处理。探索式网络搜索情境下,用户的目标认知和知识认知正向影响结果满意度,难度认知和搜索认知负向影响结果满意度。此外,搜索熟悉度对任务总用时、浏览网页用时和数量等过程变量以及目标认知、难度认知和搜索认知等认知变量均产生显著影响,而负面情绪中焦虑能显著影响特定的过程变量。
        The paper chooses wearable health device, which is considered as one of the most representative innovativetechnology products, as the object of empirical analysis. Based on this theme, multiple tasks were designed, and the ex-perimental data of 24 subjects were obtained by simulation experiment and questionnaire interview. Then the authorsprocessed data by multiple linear regression and independent sample T test in SPSS19.0. In the context of exploratorysearch, users' target cognition and knowledge cognition have a positive effect on satisfaction of results, while the diffi-culty cognition and search cognition have a negative impact of it. Search familiarity has a significant effect on the pro-cess variables such as time of total and browsing web pages and the number of pages, as well as cognitive variables suchas target cognition, difficulty cognition and search cognition. What's more, anxiety also has a significant effect on thegiven process variables.
