民族地区公民网络政治参与问题研究

摘要
随着互联网信息时代的到来,传统的政治参与模式也在与时俱进,与网络融合形成新的政治参与方式,并逐渐影响着国家的政治生态和执政理念。由于我国少数民族众多,并在少数民族地区实行民族区域自治,网络政治参与对民族地区的影响更是明显。网络政治参与对民族地区管理和稳定有利有弊,研究少数民族地区网络政治参与的特点、参与方式、发展困境,并寻求冲破困境的有效路径,对民族地区公民网络政治参与规范化发展具有重要的参考价值。
With the advent of the Internet information age,the traditional mode of political participation is also advancing with the times,forming a new way of political participation with the integration of the Internet,and gradually affecting the country's political ecology and governance concept.Because of the large number of ethnic minorities in China and the implementation of regional autonomy in ethnic minority areas,the influence of network political participation on ethnic areas is more obvious.The network political participation has advantages and disadvantages to the management and stability of ethnic areas.Studying the characteristics,ways and development difficulties of ethnic network political participation and seeking effective measures to break through the difficulties is of great reference value to the standardized development of citizens' network political participation in ethnic minority areas.
