医学留学生外科手术学全英教学的思考

摘要
留学生教学方法是工作中一个重要环节,而全英文实践课教学是外科手术学教学的难点。在多年的教学过程中,针对留学生医学基础及语言水平差异大,手术学全英教材缺乏,全英教师师资力量不足等问题,提出思考和体会。首先,需要完善考核制度,采用合理的考核方式,合理的丰富教学方式;其次,遵循西方教学模式,结合调整教学习惯,并提高教师全英教学水平,采用集体备课,统一教学内容统一制定编写课节内容,并在教学中根据东西方教学模式差异调整改变教学习惯,加强语言适应,发挥留学生的主观能动性,采用合理的教考模式,希望取得良好的教学效果。
        The teaching method of foreign students is an important part of the work, and the teaching of all-English practical courses is the difficulty of surgical surgery teaching. In the course of teaching for many years, this paper puts forward some thoughts and experiences in view of the great differences in medical foundation and language proficiency of foreign students, the lack of all-English teaching materials for surgery, and the shortage of all-English teachers. Firstly, we need to improve the assessment system, adopt reasonable assessment methods and enrich teaching methods. Secondly, we should follow the western teaching mode, adjust teaching habits, and improve the teaching level of teachers in English. We should prepare lessons collectively, unify teaching contents and formulate lesson contents in accordance with the eastern and Western teaching methods. The differences of teaching modes should be adjusted, teaching habits should be changed, language adaptation should be strengthened, students' subjective initiative should be brought into full play, and reasonable teaching and examination modes should be adopted in order to achieve good teaching results.
