网络群体性事件的意识形态隐藏、表演与改进

摘要
网络群体性事件分为不同的性质和类型。不同性质和类型的网络群体性事件或者具有意识形态内涵,或者对网络群体性事件的解构成为意识形态事件。网络群体性事件的当事人为了捍卫自身的利益或信念,对意识形态采取了不同的态度即表演或隐藏,其表演和隐藏具有机会主义、极端主义、犬儒主义特点,核心是自我保全。把对公民权利的违宪审查落到实处、平衡程序正义与实质正义的关系、保持网络主流意识形态的开放性、利用技术手段提升对网络意识形态的治理能力、采取政治谋略平衡网络意识形态舆论场、培养理性公民等是网络群体性事件意识形态改进的重要举措。
Network mass incidents are divided into different characters and types. The network mass incidents with different characters and types have ideological connotations,or the deconstruction of network mass incidents becomes an ideological event. People who involve in network mass incidents,in order to defend their own interests or belief,has taken a different attitudes towards ideology,such as showing or hiding the performances and concealment has the characteristics of opportunism,extremism,cynicism,whose core is self-preservation.Implementing unconstitutional censorship of citizens' rights,balancing the relationship between procedural justice and substantive justice,maintaining the openness of network mainstream ideology,using technology to enhance the management ability of network ideology,taking political strategy to balance network ideological public opinion field and cultivating citizens' reason are important measures to improve ideology of network mass incidents.
