人类命运共同体视域下提升新时代中国国际话语权研究

摘要
推动构建人类命运共同体具有鲜明的中国特色和话语优势,已经成为我国对外传播的重大议题和主要内容。当前中国既面临着国际地位显著提升的机遇,也肩负着为人类做出更大贡献的使命,同时受到西方话语的打压和国际社会的质疑,迫切需要转变话语权薄弱的不利局面,从内外两个层面解决对话话语传播困境。以构建人类命运共同体提升中国的国际话语权,要以自身的经济发展和社会进步取信于国际社会,增强中华传统文化的吸引力和影响力并向世界推广,讲好中国故事、展现中国形象,积极参与国际事务、把握外交议程设置的主动权,从软硬件上提高传播能力、搭建有利平台。
The promotion of building a community with a share future for mankind is of distinctive Chinese characteristics and discourse related advantages,which has become a major agenda item and main content in China ' s international communication. At present,China is faced with not only the opportunities brought by significant rise of its international status,but also the mission of making greater contributions to mankind,while at the same time under attack in Western discourses and questioned by the international community. Therefore,it is urgent for China to change the unfavorable situation of having a weak voice at the international arena and move out of the difficulties in dialogue and discourse related communication at both domestic and global levels. China should enhance its right to international discourse through building a community with a shared future for mankind and strive to win the trust of international community with its own economic development and social progress. China should enhance the attractiveness and influence of traditional Chinese culture and promote it worldwide,should tell the Chinese story well to show a good image of China,should actively participate in international affairs and grasp the initiative of setting the diplomatic agenda,and should improve both the software and hardware to enhance its communication ability for building a favorable platform.
