摘要
针对工程建设领域项目组织的特点,阐述了项目成员工作幸福感的内涵,从主观幸福感和心理幸福感两个方面建立了项目成员工作幸福感的结构维度,包括工作中的人际关系、工作旺盛感、工作胜任感、工作认可度、工作投入度、工作满意度和工作中的积极情绪7个维度,并研究开发了测量量表。通过编制调研问卷在预调研基础上对题项进行修订得到正式问卷,正式调研共获得540个有效样本,分成两组分别进行探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,通过实证检验,最终得到项目成员工作幸福感本土的测量量表。研究结果表明,该测量量表具有良好的信度和效度,可以为项目成员工作幸福感的相关研究提供理论依据。
        According to the characteristics of project organization in project construction field,this paper expounds the connotation about well-being of project members at work,and establishes structural dimensions about well-being from subjective and psychological perspectives. The dimensions include seven aspects: interpersonal fit,thriving,feeling of competency,perceived recognition,desire for involvement,job satisfaction and positive affect,then we develop a measurement scale. Through the pre-questionnaire survey,we revise some items and form the formal questionnaire. Consequently,540 valid samples are collected through formal survey,and the data are divided into two groups: one is used for exploratory factor analysis and the other is used for confirmatory factor analysis. Through the empirical study,the local measurement scale about well-being of project members at work is obtained. The results show that the measurement scale has good reliability and validity,and it can provide a theoretical basis for the study about well-being of project members at work.
