温度-应力试验机试件过渡曲线形状优化研究

摘要
针对混凝土试件在温度-应力实验过程中易在其夹头部位断裂这一问题,采用形状优化设计与有限元分析相结合的方法,对试验机试件夹头部位渡曲线进行形状优化设计,提出了双曲率圆弧曲线、样条曲线两种线型作为试件过渡曲线的优化设计方案,并分别利用ANSYS Workbench中的Goal Driven Optimization优化模块对其进行了优化求解。优化结果表明,试件夹头部位过渡曲线采用样条曲线的优化方案,能够最大程度上降低夹头部位应力集中现象,使混凝土试件尽可能地避免了在其夹头部位断裂,从而使混凝土温度-应力试验机所测得的实验结果更加可靠,为新一代温度-应力试验机的研制提供了理论指导。
        For the issue of that concrete test-piece is easy to be broken in the process of temperature-stress test,The shape optimization design of the chuck section of the test machine was carried out with using the method of shape optimization design and finite element analysis,proposing double curvature arcs,splines as the design of transition curve shape,and solve this optimization model of two linear with using the optimization module of Goal Driven Optimization in ANSYS Workbench,obtaining the best strategies for concrete test-piece. The optimization results show that the spline curve is optimized by spline curve,minimizing the stress concentration on the concrete test-piece,avoiding its fracture as much as possible,so that concrete temperature-stress testing machine results measured more reliably,Which provides a theoretical guidance for the development of a new generation of temperature-stress testing machine.
