基于废弃混凝土骨料和胶结剂处理的混凝土性能研究

摘要
据多次建筑垃圾处理调查显示,我国大部分地区的建筑垃圾均未得到相应的处理,其主要原因为技术不成熟及资金所限。因此,文中以废弃混凝土为研究对象,将废弃混凝土破碎、筛分成10~20mm的废弃骨料,分为4份,分别用1.5mol/L、3.0 mol/L、4.5 mol/L、6.0 mol/L的硫酸浸泡处理,通过分析得出浸泡后的骨料吸水率均增大,压碎指标能达到Ⅱ级骨料要求;使用SEM电镜分析得出用1.5 mol/L的硫酸处理后的骨料横断面微观结构为棱柱形,使用6.0mol/L的硫酸处理后的骨料横断面微观结构为网状致密结构;用浸泡后的骨料替代粗骨料制成混凝土试块,测试其立方体抗压强度。测试结果表明,新混凝土的抗压强度均大幅度下降,其中用3mol/L、4.5mol/L浸泡的骨料替代后的混凝土强度相对其他实验组较高,在此浓度范围内存在最优浸泡浓度;掺入胶结剂后的混凝土性能变化不大,但其渗水性能大幅度提高。
        A number of construction waste treatment surveys show that construction waste in most areas of China has not been treated accordingly. The key point is that the technology is immature and uneconomical. Therefore,the article takes waste concrete as the research object and crushes and sifts the waste concrete.Divided into 10 ~20 mm waste aggregate,divided into 4 parts,respectively,immersed in 1.5 mol/L,3.0 mol/L,4.5 mol/L,6.0 mol/L sulfuric acid,through analysis,the water absorption of the aggregate after soaking. The rate is increased,and the crushing index can reach the level II aggregate requirement.The SEM electron microscopy analysis shows that the cross-section microstructure of the aggregate treated with 1.5 mol/L sulfuric acid is prismatic and treated with 6.0 mol/L sulfuric acid. The microstructure of the cross-section of the aggregate is a network-like dense structure;the aggregated aggregate is replaced by the aggregated aggregate to make a concrete test block. After testing the cubic compressive strength,the test shows that the compressive strength of the new concrete is greatly reduced. The concrete strength after replacement with the aggregates of 3 mol/L and 4.5 mol/L immersion was higher than that of the other experimental groups,and the optimal immersion concentration was present in this concentration range. The performance of the concrete after the cement is changed little,but its water permeability is greatly improved.
