麻杏石甘汤合苇茎汤治疗老年痰热郁肺型吸入性肺炎临床观察

摘要
目的评价麻杏石甘汤合苇茎汤治疗老年痰热郁肺型吸入性肺炎临床效果。方法选择我院2015年3月—2018年4月收治的116例痰热郁肺型吸入性肺炎老年患者进行分组,按照单双号法分为2组,每组58例,对照组采用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合肺力咳合剂治疗,试验组采用麻杏石甘汤合苇茎汤治疗,对2组临床症状改善情况、治疗效果展开比较。结果试验组体温恢复、气促、啰音、咳嗽消失时间以及炎症吸收时间、住院时间与对照组相比均明显缩短,组间表现出的差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);在治疗总有效率对比上,试验组高于对照组,2组差异显著(P <0. 05)。结论老年痰热郁肺型吸入性肺炎可有效缓解患者临床症状,整体疗效显著,值得临床采纳和积极推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Maxing Shigan decoction combined with Weijing decoction in treating senile pulmonary inhalation pneumonia with phlegm-heat stagnation lung. Methods A total of 116 elderly patients with stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis aspiration pneumonia were enrolled in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2018. They were divided into two groups according to the single and double numbers method,with 58 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with pulmonary stagnation. The experimental group was treated with Maxing Shigan decoction combined with Weijing decoction. The clinical symptoms and treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The temperature recovery,shortness of breath,snoring,time to cough,time of hospitalization,and length of hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). In terms of total effective rate,the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Maxing Shigan decoction combined with Weijing decoction in treating senile pulmonary inhalation pneumonia with phlegm-heat stagnation lung can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and the overall curative effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical adoption and active promotion.
