头针结合语言训练对孤独症儿童语言康复的临床观察

摘要
目的观察头针结合语言训练对孤独症儿童语言康复的临床疗效。方法选取2016年9月至2017年9月在台州市第一人民医院儿科收治的孤独症患儿70例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各35例。对照组予语言训练,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上辅以头针治疗,2组均治疗4个月后统计疗效。结果治疗前2组认知(语言/语前)(CVP)、语言表达(EL)、语言理解(RL)以及小肌肉(FM)、大肌肉(GM)、模仿(视觉/动作)(VMI)、沟通合成分数(C)、体能合成分数(M)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;与同组治疗前比较,治疗后治疗组上述评分值均明显升高(P<0.05),对照组仅CVP、EL、RL、C值明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组CVP、EL、RL、C值上升更显著(P<0.05)。治疗前2组ATEC各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后2组ATEC各项评分及总分均较同组治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头针结合语言训练可以提高孤独症患儿的语言表达和理解能力,值得临床推广应用。
        Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with speech training in language rehabilitation of children with autism.Methods Seventy children with autism admitted to the First People's Hospital of Taizhou from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 35 cases in each.The control group was given speech training,while the treatment group was assisted by scalp acupuncture on the basis of speech training.We kept statistics on clinical efficacy after both groups were treated for four months.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in cognition(verbal/preverbal)(CVP), expressive language(EL),receptive language(RL),fine motor(FM),gross motor(GM),imitation visual-motor(VMI),communication(C) and motor(M)(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment, the scores of CVP,EL,RL,FM,GM,VMI,C and M in the treatment group all increeeased significantly(P<0.05),while the scores of CVP,EL,RL and C in the control group increased significantly(P<0.05),the value of CVP,EL,RL and C in the treatment group incrased more significantly(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant differences between the two groups in all items of ATEC before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.Compared with the same group before treatment,the score of all items and total score of ATEC in the two groups after treatment all significantly decreased(P<0.05), moreover,the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion It can improve the EL and RL of children with autism to use scalp acupuncture combined with speech training, which deserves clinical promotion and application.
