摘要
在海洋电磁勘探中,需要向水下设备提供无功损耗低、功率大的电源。针对海洋电磁勘探的需求,开发研制了一种大功率高压中频电磁可控源。将普通的船用三相380 V/50 Hz电源整流滤波为单相电,通过波脉宽调制(SPWM)的方法将其转换为幅度可调的0~400 V/400 Hz高压PWM序列。在调制过程中,利用GPS的秒脉冲信号对高压PWM序列进行相位同步,使其在启动时刻的相位为零。将高压PWM序列通过变压器升压实现0~4 000 V/400 Hz的大功率高压输出。可调的高压输出降低了输出电缆的技术指标并在一定程度上降低了水下设备的设计难度。经深海电磁勘探试验证明,新研制的可控源具有低损耗、功率大的特点,满足海洋电磁勘探的需求。
        In ocean electromagnetic prospecting,it is necessary to provide a power source with low reactive loss and high-power for underwater equipment.Based on the requirements of ocean electromagnetic prospecting,a high-power high-voltage mid-frequency controlled-source power is developed.The common marine three-phase power supply of 380 Vac/50 Hz is converted into single-phase voltage by rectification and filtering,and the single-phase voltage is converted into an adjustable high-voltage PWM sequence of 0~400 V/400 Hz by SPWM(sinusoidal pulse width modulation).In the modulation process,the pulse per second of GPS is used to synchronize the phase of the high voltage PWM sequence so that the phase of the high voltage PWM sequence is zero at the start-up time.The high-voltage and high-power output of 0~4 000 V/400 Hz is realized by transformer boosting.The adjustable high voltage output reduces the technical index of the output cable,and the design difficulty of underwater equipment is reduced in a certain extent for ocean electromagnetic prospecting.The new power is characterized by high-power,low reactive loss and meets the needs of ocean electromagnetic prospecting,which has been proved by deep-sea experiments.
