非功能性胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤伴肝转移1例

摘要
胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤(Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms,PNENs)是一种较罕见的起源于胰腺神经内分泌细胞的胰腺肿瘤,根据是否伴有全身内分泌症状可分为功能性和非功能性两类,其中后者在我国的发病率较高,其分化恶性程度不一,病因尚未明确。非功能性胰腺内分泌肿瘤常以腹腔脏器的占位性改变为首发症状就诊,肝脏是常见的转移部位之一。影像学和病理常作为有效的诊断手段,外科手术切除是治疗本病的首选方案,内分泌治疗和靶向药物也是常见的治疗方式。文章报告非功能性胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤伴肝转移1例,并对胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤的研究进展、诊断治疗行相关讨论。
Pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms(PNENs)is one of the rare pancreatic tumors which originated in neuroendocrine cells of unknown etiology and diverse differentiation and malignancy,including functional and non-functional types according to systematic endocrine symptoms.Non-functional PNENs is more common with abdominal occupying lesions as the initial symptoms in which liver is one of the common metastatic sites.Imaging and pathologic results are useful to diagnosis.Surgical resection is the best treatment.Other treatments include endocrine treatment and targeted therapy.This paper reported a case of patient of PNENs with liver metastasis in our hospital and discussed the research progress,diagnosis,and treatment.
