山地光伏建设项目管理探索与实践

摘要
本文简要介绍山地光伏的特点,对云南省光伏资源做了简述,以笔者参与的永仁县秀田一期二批光伏项目建设为实践,阐述项目开发取得的效益,并提出云南省内建设山地光伏项目的关键环节。
This paper briefly introduced the characteristics of mountain photovoltaic, made a brief introduction of solar resource in Yunnan province, the author took part in the construction of Yongren Xiutian first phase as the second batch of photovoltaic project, this paper stated benefits obtained by the project development, and put forward the key points in the process of construction of mountainous region photovoltaic projects in Yunnan province.
