摘要
我厂机修厂区域冬季供暖季节室内采暖温度过低,不能达到《采暖通风与空气调节设计规范》 GB 50019—2003设计要求,通过提高热源制热效率、采暖阀组间新建分集水器工艺、采用双管同程式管路流程、拆除散热器装饰罩的改造措施,提高采暖系统的热效率,从而达到提高室内采暖温度的目的,最终该区域的室内采暖温度达到了设计规范的要求,员工的工作环境得到了保障。同时能耗随之降低,采暖炉年节气3.2×105m3/a,节约开支48.32万元/a,实现降本增效的效果。

The annual solar term of the heating furnace is 3.2×105 m3/year,saving 483 200 yuan/year for our factory,realizing the effect of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
