摘要

本研究主要基于目前地方本科院校的发展趋势,分析"双师型"教师队伍建设的现状和必要性,通过我校"双师型"教师队伍建设的初步实践和效果,探索民办本科院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的途径,旨在进一步指导和推动民办本科院校"双师型"教师队伍建设。
        This study mainly based on the current development trend of local colleges and universities,analysis present situation and necessity of "the double teacher" the teacher troop construction,through the construction of "dual qualification" teachers of our school preliminary practice and effect,to explore the construction of "dual qualification" teachers of private colleges and universities,in order to further guide and promote the building of the contingent of teachers in private colleges and universities "double teacher type".
