摘要
通过对病株组织分离培养,分离到镰孢属(Fusarium)真菌纯菌株,通过人工诱发试验,结果表明,镰孢属(Fusarium)真菌是油茶根腐病主要致病菌。通过几种药剂室内抑菌试验,筛选抑菌效果较好的3种杀菌剂进行田间防治试验,结果表明,75%白色甲托的田间防治效果最好,防治效果达79.3%;其次是50%完美WP,防治效果为68.8%。这些药剂在市场上容易买到,可在生产上推广应用。
The pure strain of Fusarium fungus has been isolated and cultured in the tissue of the disease strain. The results showed that Fusarium was the main pathogen of root rot of Camellia oleifera by artificial induction test. The field control experiment was carried out by selecting three fungicides with better antibacterial effect through indoor bacteriostasis tests of several agents. The results showed that 75% white methadone had the best field control effect, and the control effect was 79.3%. Secondly, 50% perfect WP and 68.8% control effect. These agents are readily available on the market and can be widely used in production.
