高密市土壤重金属调研—以醴泉街道为例

摘要
以高密市醴泉街道为采样地,通过微波消解-火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤样品中的Cu、Zn、Cr三种重金属含量,运用分担率分析土壤中主要的重金属污染物;采用单因子指数法、内梅罗综合指数法评估当地土壤重金属污染程度。结果显示,分担率排序为:Cu(40.85%)> Zn(26.28%)> Cr(32.85%),Cu是主要污染物。对比《土壤环境质量标准》(GB15618-1995)中的国家二级标准(pH值<6.5),60%的采样点出现Cu超标,20%的采样点出现Zn超标。对于Cr来说,采样点含量均低于阈值。Cu、Zn变异系数较大,说明在空间上的分布有较大的差异。以单因子指数法进行评价,在5个土壤样品中,1、2、5号土壤样品遭受轻度污染,3、4号土壤样品处于尚清洁状态。
        Taking Lichuan Street in Gaomi City as a sampling site,the content of Cu,Zn and Cr in soil samples was determined by microwave digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry,The main heavy metal pollutants in soil were analyzed according to the sharing rate;Single factor index method,Nemero comprehensive index method and national standard were used to evaluate the pollution degree of heavy metals in local soil.The results showed that Cu(40.85%)> Zn(26.28%)> Cr(32.85%),Cu was the main pollutant in soil.To compare the national second-level standards in the soil Environmental quality Standards(pH<6.5),60% of sample sites have Cu exceeding the standard,and 20% of Zn. For Cr,the sample point content was lower than the threshold. The coefficient of variation of Cu,Zn is relatively large,indicating that it is influenced by the outside world,it shows that there are great differences in spatial distribution. The single factor index method was used to evaluate,in 5 soil samples,1,2,5 soil samples were slightly polluted,3,4 soil samples reached the alert limit level,and was still in a clean state.
