摘要
目的青年教员是保证航空航天医学可持续发展的重要力量,提升青年教员的教学能力是推进专业课程体系改革的一项重要举措。方法通过鼓励个性化教学、推进实战化教学及开展教学竞赛等一系列措施。结果青年教员常态化培训机制逐渐成熟,教员队伍质量不断提升,助力航空航天医学教学改革。结论通过一系列措施,青年教员教学能力明显提高,学生课堂质量调查问卷满意率达95%以上。
Objective Young teachers are important force in the sustainable development of aerospace medicine, so it is important to enhance their teaching capacity for the remodeling of curriculum system. Methods The training mechanism of young teachers had been set up with a series of strategies, such as encouraging individualized teaching, promoting actual combat teaching and carrying out the teaching competitions. Results The quality of teachers had been gradually enhanced, and the reform ation of aerospace medical system had been advanced. ConclusionsThrough a series of strategies, the teaching capacity of young teachers has been significantly improved, and students' satisfaction rate on classroom quality questionnaires has exceeded 95%.
