优质护理对前列腺增生电切术患者不良情绪及满意度的影响

摘要
目的研究优质护理对前列腺增生电切术患者不良情绪及满意度的影响,为患者的护理提供临床指导。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月接诊的60例前列腺增生电切术患者展开研究。按照随机数表法,将患者随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理措施进行,观察组则采用优质护理措施进行。护理前后,分析比较两组患者的不良情绪评分状况,并对患者满意度及并发症情况进行调查分析。结果护理前,两组的SAS及SDS评分无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的SAS及SDS评分均显著降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(3.33%vs 13.33%;χ~2=3.927,P=0.048)。观察组患者对护理工作的满意率明显高于对照组((96.67%vs 85.00%;χ~2=4.904,P=0.027)。结论优质护理可显著改善前列腺增生电切术患者的不良情绪,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of quality nursing of electro-prostatectomy on the adverse emotions and satisfaction of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, so as to provide clinical guidance for nursing of similar patients. Methods 60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were treated in Hospital of Guangxi Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group Company Limited between June 2017 and June 2018 were selected for study. According to the random number table method, patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group was treated with routine care and the observation group was treated with quality nursing. The scores of adverse emotions of the patients were analyzed and compared between the two groups before and after nursing, and the patient satisfaction and complications were investigated and analyzed. Results Before nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lowered while the scores of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.33% vs 13.33%; χ~2 = 3.927, P= 0.048). The satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group with nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group(96.67% vs 85.00%; χ~2 = 4.094, P=0.027).Conclusion Quality nursing of electro-prostatectomy can significantly reduce the adverse emotions of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and improve the satisfaction rate of the patients with nursing, and therefore is worthy of widespread application.
