摘要
基于AdvantEdge仿真软件,对攻丝过程进行模拟计算分析,获取不同切削参数下三类丝锥攻制316L奥氏体不锈钢时的最大扭矩值、最大轴向力及最高刀尖温度,并通过316L不锈钢攻丝扭矩试验,验证数值模拟过程中切削模型的可靠性,对试验结果进行对比分析,得出316L奥氏体不锈钢螺纹孔加工时的最优切削参数,并分析不同结构丝锥加工特性,为切削参数优化选择提供参考依据。
        Based on the AdvantEdge simulation software, the simulation calculation and analysis of the tapping process were carried out to obtain the maximum torque value, the maximum axial force and the highest tool tip temperature of the three types of taps under different cutting parameters, and the maximum tooling temperature was 316L stainless steel. The wire torque test verifies the reliability of the cutting model during the numerical simulation. The experimental results are compared and analyzed. The optimal cutting parameters of 316L austenitic stainless steel threaded hole are obtained, and the processing characteristics of different structure taps are analyzed. Optimized choices provide a reference.
