摘要

目的:探讨氟桂利嗪联合血栓通在偏头痛患者中的临床效果。方法:收治偏头疼患者50例,随机数字表法分为两组各25例。对照组给予氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合血栓通治疗,治疗15 d后对患者临床效果进行评估。结果:观察组治疗后头痛程度评分、发作持续时间及发作频率,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将氟桂利嗪胶囊联合血栓通用于治疗偏头痛患者能减轻患者疼痛程度,缩短发展持续时间。
        Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of flunarizine combined with Xueshuantong in the treatment of patients with migraine.Methods:50 migraine patients were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine capsule,while the observation group was treated with Xueshuantong on the basis of the control group.After 15 days of treatment,the effect of the patients was evaluated,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The headache score,duration and frequency of attack in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flunarizine capsule combined with thrombus can alleviate pain and shorten the duration of development in migraine patients.
