聚丙烯酸酯对低烟无卤材料老化寿命的影响研究

摘要
低烟无卤阻燃电缆护套材料由于添加大量的镁系和铝系无机阻燃剂,导致材料的力学性能和使用寿命明显下降,尤其是低温开裂性能、紫外光照射性能和热老化性能。将耐候性优异的聚丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)材料添加到电线电缆用低烟无卤阻燃外护层材料中,并考查其对外护层材料的力学性能、阻燃性能、耐紫外光老化性能和热老化寿命的影响。结果表明,当聚丙烯酸酯橡胶的添加量为5 phr时,可以提高材料的耐候性能和耐热老化性能,材料理论寿命由25.87年增加到30.5年,提高17.9%。
        Low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable sheath material due to the addition of magnesium and aluminum based inorganic flame retardant will inevitably lead to large mechanical properties and service life of materials decreased,especially the aging performance of low temperature cracking, UV irradiation and thermal performance. The polyacrylate rubber with excellent weatherability(ACM)materials are added to the sheath material of cables with low smoke halogen-free flame retardant, and study the effect of mechanical properties, flame retardant, anti UV aging and thermal aging. Results show that when the adding amount of polyacrylate rubber is 5 phr can improve the material heat resistant and the theory of aging performance. The theoretical life of materials increased from 25.87 years to 30.5 years, and increased by 17.9%.
