摘要
目的建立工作场所空气中萘的气相色谱测定法,并对采样吸附剂进行优化。方法以chromosorb 106管采集工作场所空气中萘,用二硫化碳解吸样品,进样后经毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果进样1μl时,萘检出限为0.6μg/ml,线性范围为0.6~500μg/ml,回归方程为y=6.406x-4.095,r=0.999 9,RSD为0.41%~1.10%,。当使用chromosorb 106管采集3 L空气样品,以1 ml二硫化碳解吸时,萘的测定范围为0.2~167 mg/m~3,萘检出限为0.2 mg/m~3。解析效率为91.6%~93.2%。结论 chromosorb 106管适用于工作场所空气中萘浓度的测定。
        Objective To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of naphthalene in the air of workplace,and to optimize adsorbent. Methods Naphthalene in air of workplace was collected by using chromosorb 106 tubes,the samples were desorbed by carbon disulfide,separated by FFAP capillary column and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector. Results At the condition of 1 μl sample injection,the limit of detection for naphthalene was 0.6 μg/ml,the linear range was 0.6-500 μg/ml,the regression equation was y=6.406 x-4.095,r=0.999 9,RSDs were 0.41%-1.10%. At the condition of air sampling volume of 3 L and desorption by 1 ml carbon disulfide,the linear range for naphthalene was 0.2-167 mg/m~3,and the limit of quantification was 0.2 mg/m~3. The desorption efficiency were 91.6%-93.2%. Conclusion The method is applicable for the determination of naphthalene in air of workplaces.
