聚焦解决护理模式在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的研究聚焦解决护理模式在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法将2017年1月至2018年11月我院收治的134例乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组67例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用聚焦解决护理。比较两组的临床治疗依从性、护理前、后的生活质量、SDS和SAS评分。结果观察组的治疗依从性明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的生活质量评分均明显升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者SDS评分和SAS评分均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决护理模式能显著改善乳腺癌患者的心理状态,并且可以提高其治疗依从性和生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To study the applieation effect of focused solution nursing mode on patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 134 patients with breast cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 67 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional breast cancer nursing, while the observation group was given the focus solution nursing mode. The clinical treatment compliance, quality of life and SDS and SAS scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After nursing, the scores of quality of life in the two groups increased significantly, and those of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). After nursing, the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups reduced significantly, and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Focused solution nursing model can significantly improve the psychological status of breast cancer patients, and their treatment compliance and quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
