能源资本与生态环境的蝴蝶效应

摘要
经济增长需要能源资本的投入,而大量化石能源的消耗必然伴随着二氧化碳等温室气体排放的逐渐增长,并且由于物质不灭定律而不断地产生积累效应,从而使各个局部的环境污染"蝴蝶效应"迭加起来,形成"迭加蝴蝶效应"。"迭加蝴蝶效应"是能源资本与生态环境之间的量变质变规律的具体体现。环境污染问题的根由之一,就是由于能源资本的驱动因子和约束因子不能协调执行职能而导致的,驱动因子过分强大,"迭加蝴蝶效应"被成倍放大。如果有意识地遏制驱动因子的作用,同时加强约束因子的功能,那么"迭加蝴蝶效应"就会受到制约甚至消除,产生"逆蝴蝶效应",使生态环境得到恢复和保持。"逆蝴蝶效应"遵循对立统一规律即矛盾规律,能源资本的双因子在一定条件下必然会发生矛盾转化。从"蝴蝶效应"到"迭加蝴蝶效应"再到"逆蝴蝶效应",构成了一个否定之否定的辩证运动过程。能源转型实质上是能源资产转化为资本的要素转型,是能源资本供应体系的"重塑"过程。人类需要利用能源资本双因子干涉理论来指导"能源重塑"行为,通过发挥能源资本约束因子的作用,遏制"蝴蝶效应"和"迭加蝴蝶效应",并产生"逆蝴蝶效应",从而促进能源形态的转型和低碳经济的发展。
Economic growth requires the input of energy capital,while massive fossil consumption is inevitably accompanied by the gradual growth of greenhouse gas emissions including carbon dioxide,and cumulative effect is constantly produced due to the law of conservation of mass,resulting in the superimposition of the butterfly effect of local environmental pollution to form superimposed butterfly effect.The superimposed butterfly effect embodies the law of quantitative change and qualitative change between energy capital and ecological environment.One of the root causes of environmental pollution is that the driving factors and restrictive factors of energy capital cannot be well coordinated to perform the functions.The driving factors are too strong,and the superimposed butterfly effect is multiplied.If the role of driving factors is consciously curbed and the function of restrictive factors is strengthened,the superimposed butterfly effect will be restricted or even eliminated,resulting in inverse butterfly effect which restores and maintains the ecological environment.The inverse butterfly effect follows the law of the unity of opposites,i.e.the law of contradiction.The mutual transformation of contradiction between the dual factors of energy capital will inevitably occur under certain conditions.From the butterfly effect to the superimposed butterfly effect to the inverse butterfly effect,a dialectical movement process of negation of negation is constituted.Energy transformation is essentially the transformation of energy assets into capital,and the reshaping process of energy capital supply system.Mankind needs to use the dual factor interference theory of energy capital to guide the energy reshaping,and to play the role of energy capital restrictive factors to curb the butterfly effect and the superimposed butterfly effect and to produce the inverse butterfly effect,thus promoting the transformation of energy forms and the development of low carbon economy.
