摘要
为探讨不同赖氨酸水平日粮对(60~90)kg阶段桂科商品猪生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清游离氨基酸的影响,试验选用平均体重为(60±1.5)kg的桂科商品猪24头,随机分为4组(试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组),每组6头,分别饲喂赖氨酸水平为0.67%、0.72%、0.79%、0.86%的玉米-豆粕型日粮,预试期7d,试验期45d。结果表明,试验Ⅱ组(0.72%)日增重显著高于试验Ⅲ组(0.79%)、试验Ⅳ组(0.86%)(P<0.05),与试验Ⅰ组(0.67%)差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组(0.72%)料重比显著低于其他组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组(0.72%)粗蛋白质及无氮浸出物的表观消化率显著高于其他组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组(0.72%)血清游离赖氨酸水平显著高于试验Ⅰ组(0.67%)、试验Ⅳ组(0.86%)。日粮中0.72%的赖氨酸水平可促进(60~90)kg阶段桂科商品猪对营养物质的消化吸收,改善机体氨基酸平衡,进而提高猪只的生长性能。
        To explore the effect of different dietary lysine level on growth performance(60-90)kg phase in the Gui commercialpigs,nutrient apparent digestibilities and serum free amino acid,an average body weight of(60 + 1.5)kg of 24 commercialpigs,were randomly divided into 4 groups(Experiment groupⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣ,n=6),which were fed a lysine level of 0.67%,0.72%,0.79%,0.86% of the corn/soybean meal diet.The pre-experimental period was 7 d,and the test lasted for 45 d.The results showed that the daily gain of experimental groupⅡ(0.72%)was significantly higher than that of experiment group Ⅲ(0.79%)and group Ⅳ(0.86%)(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference with that of groupⅠ(0.67%)(P>0.05);the feed weight ratio of experimental group Ⅱ(0.72%)was significantly lower than that of the other groups(P<0.05);the digestibility of crude protein and nitrogen free extract in group Ⅱ(0.72%)was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05);the serum free lysine level of groupⅡ(0.72%)was significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ(0.67%)and group Ⅳ(0.86%).The level of lysine 0.72%in diets could promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients in the stage of(60-90)kg Gui pigs,and improve body amino acid balance,and the growth performance.
