摘要
为了降低对流盘采购费用,达到节能降耗的目的,根据冷轧罩式退火炉用底部对流盘的使用现状、制造成本、轧制后钢卷端面带钢溢出尺寸,将底部对流盘的上下端面在适当位置进行开沟槽处理,并在满足屈服强度的前提下选择合适的制造材料,可使退火堆垛钢卷的溢出伤卷率降低15.18%、焊缝伤卷率下降31.55%,单台对流盘材料成本下降82.22%,对流盘质量减小使吊运能源消耗降低9%,实现了对流盘尺寸规格统一、不同退火炉型通用。达到了降低钢卷伤卷率、减少对流盘制作成本、节约吊运能源、提高热处理机组作业率的目的。
        In order to reduce the purchase cost of convection plate and achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption,based on the using actuality,the manufacturing cost,the rolling steel coil end strip overflow size of the convection plate at the bottom of the bell type annealing furnace,the grooving process was performed in the proper place on the upper and lower end face of the convection plate at the bottom,and the appropriate manufacturing materials was chosen to meet the yield strength. This approach can decreases the annealing coil stacking overflow wounded volume ratio by 15.18%,the weld volume rate by 31.55%,and the single convection plate material cost by 82.22%. The decrease of the convection disc weight enable the lifting energy consumption reduction of 9%. Achieved a unified convection disk size specifications, and different annealing furnace types are common. Achieved the goal of reducing the volume rate of steel roll wounds, reducing the cost of making convection trays, saving hoisting energy, and improving the operating rate of heat treatment units.
