摘要
机架预紧采用的传统方法是电加热预紧方法,不能迅速直观地反映出预紧力的大小,虽然可以事先进行热变形计算,但在实施预紧过程中影响因素很多,且不易排除,因而往往达不到预紧要求。针对800 MN压机机架结构特点,研究采用了二次加热预紧技术对巨型拉杆进行精密预紧。
The traditional pretightening method of the frame is electric heating,which can't reflect the size of the pretightening force quickly and intuitively. Although the thermal deformation can be calculated in advance,there are many influencing factors in the process of pretightening,and they are not easy to be excluded,so it often can't reach the pretightening requirements. In view of the structural characteristics of 800 MN press frame,the technology of twice heating pretightening has been researched and applied to precision pretightening of giant pull rod.
