产前诊断中超声引导下羊水穿刺术的护理分析

摘要
目的:讨论在产前诊断中应用超声引导下羊水穿刺术护理对策的临床现实意义。方法:随机抽选于2017年8月至2018年8月内蒙古自治区人民医院收治的100例接受应用超声引导下羊水穿刺术的孕妇,根据入院就诊顺序分为研究组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。研究组应用综合护理干预,对照组应用常规护理干预。评价及对比两组的心境状态、护理满意程度。结果:100例孕妇均穿刺成功,一次性穿刺成功率100%(100/100),且术后无感染、流产等不良现象。研究组的抑郁、焦虑程度均低于对照组(P<0.05);同对照组比较,研究组的服务态度、健康教育、护理技术、提供帮助等护理满意程度均得到明显提升(P<0.05)。结论:在产前诊断中应用超声引导下羊水穿刺术,并辅以综合护理对策配合,可在最大程度上降低围手术期并发症,减轻或解除孕妇产前焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,从而进一步获得更多信任度及满意度。
Objective: To discuss the clinical significance of nursing countermeasure of amniocentesis guided by ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis. Methods: A total of 100 pregnant women who underwent ultrasound-guided amniocentesis in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission. The study group (n = 50) applied comprehensive nursing intervention,while the control group (n = 50) received routine nursing intervention. The mood state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: The 100 cases of pregnant women were punctured successfully,the success rate of one-time puncture was 100.00% (100/100),and there was no postoperative infection,abortion or other adverse phenomena. The degree of depression and anxiety in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the degree of satisfaction of the study group in the aspects of service attitude,health education,nursing technology and service provided was significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided amniocentesis combined with comprehensive nursing measures in prenatal diagnosis can reduce perioperative complications to the greatest extent,alleviate or relieve prenatal anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions of pregnant women,and thus confidence and satisfaction can be obtained.
