摘要
采用索氏提取法提取油脂,并采用分光光度法测定天然抗氧化剂清除DPPH的能力,研究12个不同引种的美国山核桃出油率和抗氧化性差异并与1个云南核桃作对比。结果表明:所有品种出油率均在60%~80%之间;抗氧化能力最强的是10号,其对应的IC5 0为58.94 mg/m L。说明美国山核桃油可以作为功能油脂加以开发和利用,并为优良品种的筛选提供了选择依据。
Soxhlet extraction was used to extract oils, and the scavenging DPPH ability of natural antioxidants were evaluated by spectrophotometry. The oil yield and antioxidant capacity of 12 varieties of Carya illinoinensis were studied and compared with a kind of Yunnan walnut. The results showed that the oil yields of all cultivars were between 60%-80% and the highest antioxidant capacity was No. 10 with the IC_(50) of 58.94 mg/m L. It was concluded that Carya illinoensis oil could be developed and utilized as functional oil, and it provided basis for selection of fi ne varieties.
