Balo同心圆硬化的研究进展
摘要
Balo同心圆硬化(BCS)是一种中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病,其病因及发病机制尚不明确,临床表现复杂,头颅核磁可见特征性同心圆样改变,目前以个案报道居多。现就BCS的流行病学、病因、病理、发病机制、临床和影像学表现及治疗等方面进行综述。
