脑胶质瘤临床治疗现状与展望

摘要
作为一种常见于颅内的恶性肿瘤的胶质瘤,由于生长多呈广泛浸润性,因而与四周正常组织之间没有明显的边界,这使其难以彻底进行清除,不但致死和致残的概率极高,也有着极高的术后复发概率。随着科学技术的发展和进步,诊断和治疗胶质瘤这一恶性肿瘤方面也持续性取得了很多新进展。研发的许多种药物并且在脑胶质瘤治疗中都有一定的效益表现出来。特别是随着出现了许多的分子标志物药物,开辟了一条以前从未有过的研究新方向,对制定个性化的治疗胶质瘤方案和优化综合化治疗胶质瘤方案来说,也因此出现了很多与治疗胶质瘤有关的研究。综合分析这一方面研究的总体进展状况并进行归纳和总结,这对实施更深层次的研究具有极大的价值。
As a glioma common in intracranial malignant tumors, because of the extensive invasiveness of growth,there is no obvious boundary with normal surrounding tissues. This makes it difficult to completely remove, not only the probability of death and disability is extremely high, but also has a high probability of postoperative recurrence.With the development and progress of science and technology, many new advances have been made in the diagnosis and treatment of glioma, a malignant tumor. Many of the drugs developed have a certain benefit in the treatment of glioma. In particular, with the emergence of many molecular marker drugs, it has opened up a new research direction that has never been seen before, and it is also necessary to develop a personalized treatment glioma program and optimize the integrated treatment glioma program. There have been many studies related to the treatment of gliomas. A comprehensive analysis of the overall progress of research in this area and summarizing have been made, it is of great value for the implementation of deeper research.
