现代学徒制下高职医学美容技术专业人才培养模式探究

摘要
目的探讨现代学徒制在医学美容技术专业人才培养模式的应用效果,以期为以后指导医学美容专业人才培养提供依据。方法选择2014年和2015年入学的皖北卫生职业学院医学美容专业的学生为研究对象,在每个年级随机抽取一个班级作为观察组,另外选取一个班级作为对照组,观察组的78名学生给予现代学徒制培养模式,对照组的76名学生给予传统的师带徒培养模式,比较两组学生的文化知识、专业知识、技能考核成绩、综合定性评价、技师资格考试通过率及就业率。结果观察组学生的文化知识理论课成绩、专业知识理论课成绩、技能考核成绩及综合定性评价均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有77名学生通过技师资格考试,通过率(98.7%)高于对照组(73.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有76名学生与合作医院签约工作,就业率(97.4%)高于对照组(81.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高职医学美容技术专业的现代学徒制人才培养模式能提升医学美容技术专业学生的职业能力和综合素养,提高教学质量及学生就业率,有助于解决学生就业难和用人单位人才缺乏问题,值得在医学美容技术专业人才培养模式中推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of modern apprenticeship in the training model of medical cosmetology professionals,so as to provide the basis for guiding the training of medical cosmetology professionals in the future.Methods 78 students majored in medical cosmetology,those who admitted to Wanbei health vocational college in 2014 and 2015,were selected as the observation group,an they were given the modern apprenticeship training model,another 76 students were chose as the control group and were given traditional apprenticeship training model. Cultural knowledge,professional knowledge,skill examination results,comprehensive qualitative evaluation,passing rate of technician qualification examination and employment rate of the two groups were compared.Results The students in the observation group were superior to those in the control group in the scores of cultural knowledge theory course,professional knowledge theory course,skill examination and comprehensive qualitative evaluation( P< 0.05). 77 students in the observation group passed the technician qualification examination,the passing rate( 98. 7) was higher than that of the control group( 73. 7),and the difference was statistically significant( P< 0. 05). 76 students in the observation group signed a contract with a cooperative hospital,and the employment rate( 97. 4) was higher than that of the control group( 81. 6),with statistical difference( P<0.05). Conclusions The modern apprenticeship training model of medical cosmetology specialty in higher vocational colleges could improve the professional ability and comprehensive accomplishment of students in medical cosmetology specialty,improve the teaching quality and the employment rate of students,helps to solve the problem of difficult employment of students and the shortage of personnel in employing units,and is worthy of applying in the training of medical cosmetology professionals.
