摘要
为了探讨家蝇抗菌肽(Cec Md)衍生肽——单体肽和串联肽对羔羊盲肠组织、黏膜形态以及腹泻频率的影响,试验采用单因素试验设计,选取7日龄小尾寒羊与澳洲白羊杂交一代公羔羊48只,根据体重相近原则平均分为4组(每组3个重复,每个重复4只羔羊),分别饲喂基础日粮(空白组)、基础日粮+300 mg/kg单体肽(单体肽组)、基础日粮+300 mg/kg串联肽(串联肽组)和基础日粮+300 mg/kg金霉素(抗生素组),试验期28 d,每天记录各组羔羊腹泻状况,于羔羊14,21,28,35日龄时在每个重复中随机选择1只羔羊屠宰,取盲肠组织样品用组织学技术研究盲肠组织及黏膜形态结构的变化。结果表明:与空白组相比,单体肽组能显著提高盲肠的绒毛高度/隐窝深度(P<0.05),在14,21,35日龄显著增大绒毛表面积(P<0.05),21日龄和35日龄单体肽组的绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著高于串联肽组(P<0.05),与抗生素组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);与空白组相比,串联肽组和单体肽组降低了盲肠绒毛的损伤程度;除7~14日龄串联肽组外,试验组羔羊腹泻频率显著低于空白组(P<0.05),串联肽组、单体肽组羔羊腹泻频率与抗生素组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明单体肽和串联肽均能有效改善羔羊盲肠肠道发育状况,能够部分替代抗生素。
        The aim of the experiment is to investigate the effect of musca domestica antibacterial peptide(Cec Md) derived peptides—monomer peptide and tandem peptide on caecum tissue, mucosal morphology and frequency of diarrhea in lambs. According to single-factor test design, fourty eight 7-month-old lambs were selected and divided into 4 groups according to the principle of similar body weight(3 replicates per group, 4 replicates per group). The basal diet + 300 mg/kg monomer peptide(monomer peptide group). The basal diet + 300 mg/kg tandem peptide(tandem peptide group). The basal diet + 300 mg/kg chlortetracycline(antibiotics group). The lambs of the blank group were fed with the basal diet. The trial period was 28 days. The diarrhea status of each group of lambs was recorded daily. At the age of 14, 21, 28 and 35 days of the lambs, a lamb was randomly selected for slaughter in each replicate and caecal tissue samples were taken. The change of the caecal tissue and mucosal morphological structure were studied by histological techniques. The results showed that: Compared with the blank group, monomer peptide group could significantly increase the villus height/crypt depth of the caecum(P<0.05) and significantly increase the surface area of the villus at 14,21 and 35 days of age(P<0.05). Among them, at 21 and 35 days of age, the villus height/crypt depth of the monomeric peptide group was significantly higher than that of the tandem peptide group(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference compared with the antibiotic group(P>0.05). Compared with the blank group, Monomer peptide group reduced the degree of damage of the villus of the caecum; The frequency of diarrhea in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the blank group(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference compared with the antibiotic group(P>0.05). It can be seen that the two antibacterial peptides can effectively improve the development of intestinal caecum in lambs, and can partially replace antibiotics.
