超结构聚苯乙烯膜在织物上的呈色性能

摘要
对纺织品采用结构色显色,可降低传统印染工艺对环境造成的污染.以无皂乳液聚合法制备了尺寸为340±10 nm的单分散聚苯乙烯微球,通过垂直沉积自组装法在织物上制备出超结构聚苯乙烯膜,以及改变织物的基底颜色和基底致密度来研究超结构聚苯乙烯膜的自组装和呈色效果.结果表明:当乳液浓度为1 wt%,干燥温度40℃,可以在织物表面自主装出具有明显蓝色的超结构聚苯乙烯膜.在致密度较高的织物基底中,纤维之间的孔隙较小,自组装产生的超结构形貌良好,呈现较明亮的蓝色;白色织物作为基底时,会反射其它波长的入射光,超结构聚苯乙烯膜的呈色效果较弱;黑色织物基底可以吸收其它波长的杂散光,超结构聚苯乙烯膜在其表面呈现明显的蓝色.
        Structural coloration of textiles could reduce environmental pollution caused by traditional printing and dyeing technology.Monodisperse polystyrene microspheres with the size of 340±10 nm were prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization.Superstructure polystyrene films were prepared on fabrics by vertical deposition self-assembly method,and the self-assembly and color rendering effect of the superstructure polystyrene films were studied by changing the color and the density of the substrate.The results showed that the superstructure polystyrene film with obvious blue color could be installed on the fabric surface independently when the emulsion concentration was 1 wt% and the drying temperature was 40 ℃.On the fabric substrate with high density,because of the small pore between the fibers,the morphology of the superstructure film produced by self-assembly was good and the film showed bright blue.When the white fabric was used as substrate,the incident light of other wavelengths would be reflected,and the color effect of the superstructure polystyrene film was weaker.The black fabric substrate could absorb stray light of other wavelengths and blue color was observed on the surface of the superstructure polystyrene film.
