折叠式人工玻璃体球囊治疗严重视网膜脱离的护理

摘要
[目的]探讨折叠式人工玻璃体球囊治疗严重视网膜脱离的护理。[方法]随机选取2016年8月—2018年8月我院严重视网膜脱离病人60例,将入组病人按先后序列号(1～60)随机分为两组,常规护理组30例给予常规护理,综合护理组30例在常规护理基础上给予综合护理组,统计分析两组病人的视力、术后并发症发生情况。[结果]干预前两组病人的无光感、光感、手动、眼前指数例数的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后组内比较两组病人的视力较干预前均有改善(P<0.05),但干预后两组视力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。综合护理组病人中眼压升高1例,眼压降低1例,前房积血1例,术后并发症发生率为10.0%;常规护理组病人中眼压升高5例,眼压降低1例,前房积血2例,其他3例,术后并发症发生率为36.7%。综合护理组病人术后并发症发生率显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。[结论]折叠式人工玻璃体球囊治疗严重视网膜脱离的综合护理术后并发症发生率低。
