高铁作业车实时定位监控系统的设计与实现

摘要
针对目前我国铁路系统控制中心对检修作业车缺乏实时监控和智能化调度这一现状,基于实时精密定位、.NET平台和MySQL数据库等技术,设计开发了高铁作业车定位监控管理系统,该系统具备信息采集实时化和监测维护远程化等功能。外场测试结果表明,该系统能够实时高效地管理多辆高铁作业车的在线工作,明显提升高铁作业车的工作效率,符合数字化铁路管理的需求,对推广智能化铁路管理系统具有重要意义。
        At present, China's railway system control center lacks for real-time positioning, monitoring and schedulingmaintenance of locomotive. Aimed at the situation, this paper design and implement a railway high-speed locomotive real-time positioning and monitoring system based on the technology ofreal-time precise position, NET platform, MySQL database and etc., which has the function of real-time information acquisition, remote monitoring and maintenance of GYK equipment and so on. External field test proves this system is able to real-timesupervise the online working of several high-speed locomotives efficiently. This system improves the work efficiency of high-speed locomotives obviously, which meets the requirement of management in digital railway and is significant for thegeneralization railway supervision system today.
