摘要
研究了滨海湿地植物翅碱蓬总黄酮的制备方法及其抑制血管紧张素Ⅰ转换酶(ACE)的活性。采用闪式萃取结合热回流提取法制备翅碱蓬总黄酮,经单因素和正交试验确定其适宜的提取条件:以甲醇作为溶剂,闪式破碎时间3min,甲醇浓度80%,料液(翅碱蓬-甲醇)比1∶60(g/mL),加热回流时间2.5h。提取液经大孔吸附树脂纯化后得到翅碱蓬总黄酮,它在测试浓度为0.78~25mg/mL时具有一定的抑制ACE活性。
        The preparation on total flavonoids from Suaeda heteroptera and its angiotensin Ⅰ converting enzyme inhibitory activity were studied.It was used by flash extraction combined with heat reflux with methanol as solvent to obtain the total flavonoids.The optimal process conditions identified with the single factor and orthogonal experiments for total flavonoids were as follows:flash extraction time was 3 min,methanol concentration was 80%,material to liquid(Suaeda heteroptera-methanol) was 1∶60 g/mL,hot reflux time was 2.5 h.The extraction purified with macroporous absorption resin had some ACE inhibitory activity at the concentration of 0.78~25 mg/mL.It might provide some basis for further study of the activities of total flavonoids from Suaeda heteroptera.
