摘要
介绍切割钢丝行业标准制定的任务来源及编制过程,并说明编制内容。确定术语定义、钢丝标记方法,钢丝系列及其外形尺寸偏差;把钢丝破断拉力确定为主要力学性能,把公称抗拉强度定义为仅作参考的名义值。强调线轴钢丝由1根组成,不允许有焊接头存在,同时规定钢丝无排线不良缺陷及不应有漏镀或明显色差存在;钢丝表面应光滑、无竹节或折弯,钢丝长度不允许有负偏差;对试验方法、钢丝的检验项目、取样数量及检验方法进行定性定量要求,同时对其包装、标志、运输、贮存条件等进行规范。
        To introduce the mission source and compiling work course of sawing wire industry standard setting,explain compiling contents of items.The term definition,steel wire marking method,steel wire series and its size deviation are confirmed.Steel wire breaking force was intended to be main mechanical property,while normal tensile strength was defined normal value as reference.To emphasize the wire on the reel was one steel wire without plumb joint,and no bad winding displacement,no leaking plating,no obvious color deference;steel wire surface should be smooth,no bamboo joint or bending,the length of steel wire not allow minus deviation.The test method,examining items,sampling number and examining method were qualitatively and quantitatively required.The package,marking,transportation and storage condition are standardized.
