摘要

工程造价超预算不仅会对施工产生不良影响,还会造成施工成本增加,甚至造成不必要经济纠纷,制约建筑施工工作的稳定开展。因此要结合实际情况对建筑工程造价超预算的原因以及有效控制的方法进行解析,为建筑工程收益的获取创造条件。
        The project cost over budget will not only adversely affect the construction,but also increase the construction cost,and even cause unnecessary economic disputes,restricting the stable construction of the construction work. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the reasons for the over-budget of construction project cost and the method of effective control in light of the actual situation,and create conditions for the acquisition of construction project revenue.
