<正>近视是重要的全球性公共卫生问题,特别是在中国、新加坡等东亚国家。预计到2050年近视患病率会显著增加,影响全球近50亿人的健康~[1]。在20世纪以前,人们普遍认为教室里的高水平光照能够预防近视,教育部门通过扩大教室窗户来预防儿童近视,该种做法一直持续到20世纪60年代,这一时期近视被认为是一种由遗传条件导致的疾病,随后几年近视不再是重点研究领域~[2-3]。最近的研究结果恢复了19
